Job Duties

Directs and supervises the inpatient and outpatient Wound Care service line as well as other operations. This role involves either direct or indirect responsibility for staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, telecommunications, physician recruitment and relations, growth and development of new service lines, equipment purchases and maintenance, and facility development. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or other related fields is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of personnel, administrative and financial procedures and practices, as well as principles, techniques, terminology and procedures of sound management is required.
• Previous wound care experience is preferred.
• Experience with computer business applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, or comparable program is essential.
